The 7th International Dental Technology Congress and the 46th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Dental Technology Organizing Committee (hereinafter referred to as "our Committee") recognizes the importance of personal information obtained from stakeholders and considers its protection to be a fundamental part of our business activities and one of the most important management issues.
To provide safe, secure, and trustworthy services to everyone, we have established the following basic policy, ensured that all members are fully aware of it, and strictly adhere to it.
1,Basic Policy
- Our Committee complies with the Personal Information Protection Law and other related laws and regulations. We have established internal regulations on personal information protection (hereinafter referred to as "our Committee's regulations"), which we implement, maintain, and continually improve.
- We have established a management system for personal information protection and ensured that our Committee's regulations are known to all officers and employees, striving for full compliance.
- We handle personal information within the scope of the purposes explicitly stated to our customers. We do not disclose or provide personal information provided by customers to third parties without the customer's consent or a legitimate reason.
- We keep personal information accurate and up-to-date, and we strive to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, loss, or damage to personal information, continuously improving and correcting our information security measures.
- We respond sincerely and promptly to inquiries or requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information from customers.
2,Proper Acquisition of Personal Information
Our Committee acquires personal information by legal and fair means.
3,Provision of Personal Information
Our Committee does not disclose or provide customers' personal information to third parties except in the following cases:
- With the customer's consent
- When required by law
- When it is necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property, and it is difficult to obtain the customer's consent
- When handling personal information is outsourced within the scope necessary to achieve the purpose of use
- When business succession occurs due to mergers, company splits, business transfers, or other reasons
Notwithstanding the above (1), our Committee may provide the customer's address, name, phone number, etc., to affiliated companies or agents when it is deemed appropriate to do so in relation to providing services, responding to inquiries, etc.
In such cases, the customer can request our Committee to stop providing personal information to these affiliated companies or agents.

For inquiries regarding the disclosure, correction, or deletion of personal information, please contact us through the designated form.
